As mentioned, when designing a swimming pool, decisions regarding its shape, size, and depth vary based on the pool’s intended use. Hence, you need to know:
- The environment (where the basin will be placed, who will use it, its purpose, what those users expect, its spatial location, shape, depth, color, etc.).
- The technology (pressure losses in the recirculation system, filtration times, etc.).
